From left to right (Jack Cuvo and Ricky Bonomo instructing in Easton, PA) Ricky and Jack won an incredible, combined 5 NCAA divison I titles, all at the 118 LB. weight class. Between the 2 wrestlers they monopolized the NCAA tournaments 118 LB class for 5 consecutive years. 118 LBS was the lowest college weight during both wrestlers careers before changing to 125 LBS. Ricky wrestled for Bloomsburg University and Jack at East Stroudsburg University.

Above picture on the Blue mat in the dark shirt is Scott Hesener and is best know to our club kids as as "Scotty". He is the Lehigh Valley Wrestling club's oldest student at 54 years of age. Our wrestlers range from 4-54. Scotty helps run the live wrestling at our practices, he also works with the bigger wrestlers, he helps coach all of our levels and helps run the Freestyle  during the spring. Scott also keeps our mats clean at the wrestling club and camp which is very important detail for a club.

John Palandrano known as "JP", is picture to right in the yellow shirt on the Black and Red mat. JP is a co-director of our club and helps with every facet of the club and all levels. He comes with alot of experience. JP is keeping time in this photo for one of our live wrestling tournaments.

Above picture:  Jack Cuvo is having a little pow wow with the wresters.
Jack has been teaching kids since 1983 when he started teaching at wrestling Camps. Frustrated with being the only instructor at a camp with sometimes 300 kids, Jack founded the club, to help wrestlers get personalized teaching. Many clubs followed suit of his format that is run similar to a Karate school. Many kids get lost in a big group at some places. Not the case at the Lehigh Valley Wrestling Club. Everyone is given detailed instruction to help them become a champion.

Above picture is Bethlehem Catholic's Evan Kolb. Evan was a district X1 AA Champion in 2004. Evan came back from loosing 9-2 in the third period of his district final match that year with a fall in the closing seconds. Never say never!!!! Wrestlers such as Evan learn the values of passing on their knowledge to others as in this photo.  Our main goal is to help wrestlers become great teachers of the sport down the road.

Above picture is Oceans Mike Berardesco. Mike was High School District champion as only a freshman.

Sussex Wantage's Griffin Panicucci pictured above finishing a high single. Takedowns are a huge part of the club's success.

Above picture is Bethlehem Catholics Bryan Smith. Don't count Bryan out in this situation. Bryan is one of our club's best defensive wrestlers

Above picture is Jack Hill, one of our tough little tots. Jack wrestlers for Saucon Valley. Jack's dad Kevin is very instrumental to our coaching staff of young kids.  Jack can be seen posing for the camera. Nice touch Jack.

Above picture is JP Palandrano from Ocean Township. JP was a District runner up in High School as only a Freshman. JP is pictured in this shot battling for an inside tie.  Our club spends an enormous amount of time drilling set ups to help us get a better shot. On the right is Northampton's Nick Sharga. This past season Nick won the league title. These 2 wrestlers are very hard workers and it is paying dividends.

Above is Zack Kemmer in the Tye-dye shirt is working for a good tie up. As can be noticed on the back of his shirt, Zack has one many titles including regional championships. Zack is from Lehighton. His father Fred, is the coach at Lehighton midget wrestling. Fred also is our club coach for novice classes for the little tots and beginners.
